Not living your dream? Then maybe you’re still sleeping.

Saw this amazing post on the Flickr Blog about artist Christopher Renfro who turned a negative (borderline personality disorder) into a positive. Basically…he converted a “crutch” into a bazooka blasting incredible art all up in YOUR EYEBALLS!  NO LASIK REQUIRED!

But, what I also love about this story (besides the cool light art photography images) are three other awesome things:

1) He found a working solution to his issues by finding (by accident!) something he LOVED to do.

2) He used the Internet to find others worldwide who shared his interests and supported him. Wow, the Internet is so much more than what we thought it was.

3) His last quote: Never give up. Because you don’t know what tomorrow is going to bring.

Those are EXACTLY the things I am trying to write about in this blog and on my Twitter feed (unless sports or a reality show about the Amish mafia are on) and in a lot of conversations I am having with what seems to be more and more people each week.

C’mon, people…we are already in FEBRUARY if you can believe that. Is it just me, or is time just going by faster and faster? At any rate…it’s still going.

Are you going to sleep through your dream?

Or are you going to stop hitting the snooze bar and start doing whatever the hell it is you WANT to do, not what you HAVE to do.

Anyway, I am keeping it brief with this post because it is after all…FUN FRIDAY FREAKOUT!  I might make this a regular segment on this blog where each Friday I just post a brief video of the day about something inspiring and rap about it.  And we have fun. And freakout.
